COPING W/O SAYING ANYTHING BAD

Hello all...how do you handle not saying anything bad about the father of your children. I was married 21 yrs; so to be ex feel in love with someone over internet and choose them...leaving 4 children behind; in the process of of sugar coating me telling me he needed to clear his head, he was draining our $$ (25000)..he gave me full custody, doesnt want vistation, but doesn't want to pay either...he is always getting $$ somewhere, where I am trying to home school & part time work just to make ends meet...he decide not to pay spousal or maintanace either...I have be granted an emergencey court hearing, but I'm so hurt and mad I want to scream our older children have seen what he has done....he is losing respect in their eyes and I can't stop it...but at the same time, I'm don't encourage them either...if they text them, then great but i don't make it a point to reminder them either....he's destorying their lives by not paying for them as their father...but yet i'm suppose to have the happy face.....where that line?

Don't do it

Words said in anger don't come with a return policy. Your kids need to gain strength through you. If you fall apart and "bad" mouth their dad you could be teaching them that's how you handle things. If your kids start to say negative things about their dad, tell them you apologize for what they are going through and ask them how you can help. Life can be so overwhelming but you and your kids will be better if you support each other. Be Strong for you and your kids. Don't let this break you.
