Yes
Of course you're still a virgin if you use a tampon...12 year olds can use tampons and they are still virgins. The hymn is rarely ever broken by using a tampon, and even if it were, the person is still a virgin.
Look up the word virgin in the dictionary..."Penis in vagina" is the only way you are no longer a virgin.....Not all women have a hymn either, (born without one, or it breaks as a child playing sports) yet they are still a virgin if they have not experienced sexual intercourse.
A tampon is a tiny thing that you can't even
feel when its inside you. That's like asking if you're still a virgin if you touch you 'labia' for instance.... Losing your virginity takes TWO people, not one!!!! I mean you need someone to 'lose' it to right?

The hymen is rarely broken by anything, if someone tells you otherwise they are lying.
If you're saving yourself for marriage you should save your hymen as well.
There I said it. :D
Well, penis in vagina is one way.
You can't say you're a true virgin if you have done any sexual touching.
Oral, anal, handjobs, mutual masturbation, everything counts.

re
Do a search for hymen's...not all hymens are shaped or formed the same. Some women have perforated hymens, some hymens have larger holes, some hymens are so thin, they can easily break as a child. Many women are born without a hymen. Some women who have incredibly thick hymens get their's broken by a doctor to make intercourse more comfortable
Whether a women has or doesn't have a hymen is not a good indicator of virginity.
Many girls and teens tear or otherwise dilate their hymen while participating in sports like bicycling, horseback riding, gymnastics or inserting tampons, or while masturbating. A girl may not even know this has occurred, since there may be little or no blood or pain involved when this happens. The tissues of the vulva are generally very thin and delicate prior to puberty. The presence or absence of a hymen in no way indicates whether or not a female is a virgin. * You are a virgin until you have sexual intercourse.*
Some hymens are elastic enough to permit a penis to enter without tearing, or they tear only partially, and there is NO bleeding at all. When adequately lubricated the vagina is fairly 'flexible' and will stretch without discomfort for most women. Sometimes, a woman has sex for years with no real 'tearing' at all, only stretching of the hymen and then at another time the same woman might tear from 'rough sex' or sex with a different partner with a larger penis. Remnants of the hymen are usually still present until a woman delivers a baby vaginally.
