There really won't be any physical difference. The only thing to mention is that tissue that makes up the nipples darkens with frequent rubbing and the like. Its the same for tissues in and around the mouth, privates (both sexes) and anus. Actually, on some women the darkness of a woman's nipples is somewhat of a way to determine if a woman has breastfeed a baby. (:)
