*Females can have wet dreams also. Although it is not as common.
*I have sex dreams, although I've never been wet from one. I have felt stimulated in my sleep in other ways.
*Just keep in mind that girls go through sexual changes too. They will start to fantasize, feel aroused, and have their body change.
*The only difference is that women can hide it better, cuz we don't have things sticking out our pants.

Wet dreams
Oh trust me, girls can definitely have wet dreams. It's possible for at least 30% of women to orgasm at night while they are sleeping. I'm one of them and I've done research on it. It can happen with either a sex dream or nothing at all will trigger it. And usually you'll wake up aroused and wet when it happens. Guys on the other hand, actually 'ejaculate' which is different.
