ORAL SEX
The question is:" Do I really have a risk of ADIS or HIV transmission giving oral sex?"

There is still a risk of HIV transmission from oral sex. The risk is low and even lower if you don't swallow. It is a low risk but there is still a risk. More common STDs from oral sex are herpes, gonorrhea and syphilis. I would suggest that he uses a condom if you are worried about contracting these. Obviously a flavored condom unless like the taste of rubber [sugar-free ones are good if he wants to avoid a yeast infection]. And if you do have cuts or sores in your mouth you can still give oral sex but definitely use a condom.
